Text Twist Addiction

Well as we sit here tonight I am reading to Lisa all the fun comments that friends, family, co-workers, sports stars, prisoners, government officials and Hollywood socialites have sent us on our blog or in emails. Thanks for checking our blog and commenting back.

A little unknown fact about Lisa is she has a serous addiction to Text Twist. She doesn't like to lose either and so when taking this picture she was telling me to put down the camera and help her win as she was a little distracted from me taking the picture over her shoulder. Me on the other had I can't spell and will always lose.

Hey Pietzolds! We're praying for you and we're so excited!!!! I know that it's not fun waiting sooooo long for the baby and dealing with monitors and such. I also TOTALLY understand the whole Pitocin thing and waiting for two days and then trying ALL over again. I had a similar experience with Serena, they finally decided to mechanically induce me (details are not blog worthy) but it got things going within 30 min of the procedure and I was able to deliver hours later. I also got so sick of the monitoring and things stuck to my belly. I felt like I was being tortured half of the time. I will be praying that your baby will be coming soon and that you won't have to under go all that stuff. My heart really goes out to you Lisa and you look amazing for being there for so long.

I hope you guys aren't dying from boredom or horrible hospital TV. I bet you're getting to know ALL the staff though, which is kind of nice.

It will be so wonderful to be able to finally hold your little one and have that tender moment the three of you will first have together.

On a more fun note, I've decided to tell you something funny that happened to me today so you can have more to read and keep you busy.

I was driving with the kids today and we were playing Toddler Tunes Worship CD. Jesus Loves Me starts playing and I just naturally start singing along. Serena of course loves to sing to that song and began to sing too. About 5 seconds into it, Serena starts yelling "Mommy, makin my ears hurt! Too noisy!" and then she starts singing again. Evidently my singins is not appreciated. So sad that she's already discovered that I can't carry a tune. Oh well!

Hang in there! We're praying for you!

Thanks Jennifer that is a cute story. I guess Serena should never be around me when I am singing. That would be deafening for her. :) We would love things to start in 30 min but I doubt it. :(

Good morning! We're hoping there's a baby to be named this morning... but maybe not yet. Just thought I'd tell you that I didn't want to come out either, but eventually there just wasn't a choice. :) I turned out okay and my mom is still sane. (though John's not sure about my dad - sorry JP) :) Hang in there...

Hey Jeremy and Lisa:

Just want to let you know the prayers are in all the way from LA, and I really hope your baby decides to come sooner than not! Who would have thought it would take so much time?! I think your kid's personality is showing already and is a sign of things to come:)

Hang in there, and thanks for keeping us updated!

God bless,

Tom

Hi Pietzolds!

I cam home this afternoon after a day of fun at Ikea thinking there would be a nice family photo of the happy couple and the new babe! Nope still just a smiling Lisa! Wow, what an adventure. We are praying for you both patience and strength, thats mostly for Lisa ha ha.. We have been there too, waiting for baby. It's worth it when you finally get that baby in your arms, what an amazing time for you both.
Thinking of you guys.
