April and May

It's been a while since I've had time to even think about updating our blog. So this little photo journal covers a lot of ground. Most of the pictures are actually from my phone camera, so the quality is not that great, but they give a good snapshot of the past couple of months at the Pietzold's.

April 9, Jeremy's Birthday at the Rogue Brewery in Portland. Jeff and Tracy and Mark were there to help us celebrate, as well as Zac and Ty, who were not so helpful! (they were both pretty cranky) We managed to have a fun time anyway, and Jer got his free beer and free T-shirt! :-)

April 10, friend Katelyn shares a little secret with Ty.

April 18 through 22, Saturday night through Wednesday morning, we got to spend some time in Toledo with my family. It was a wonderful time, fun and relaxing, celebrating Jer's B-day, seeing the progress on Tim and Mandy's new house, letter-boxing, the Oregon Coast Aquarium, beautiful weather, the beach, Newport, The Rogue Brewery, ice cream cones, and countless hours of Settlers of Catan.

April 27, Zac LOVES to help, especially with the vacuuming. He asks several times a day to PLEASE get out the vacuum. He also loves helping with the sweeping/mopping, dishes, and laundry. I love this kid!

April 28, my new laptop!!! (and it's not a Mac -- gasp!!)

April 29, Zac and cousin Madison with little brothers Noah and Ty, at one month old.

May 8-12 Four more fabulous days with my family in Toledo:

Memorial Day, Jeremy and I went for a little hike down to the Sandy River. It was so pretty, and PERFECT weather! Ty came along, too. Zac stayed at Jer's parents' place.
